1What I See
On a normal basis in P.E i usually see people goofing around and on fitness day people are working hard. On choice days some kids in the class play around dont take anything seriously and before every class I see people just shooting around or just sitting there and also coming in late to class and sometimes I am one of those guys. There also is that one group of guys that are being annoying and fooling around and just swearing and acting very foolish and also being immature and i admit i will di that but not on a daily basis, some days i will also tell some people to stop.
2.What my classmates see?
For the most part i believe my classmates see the same as me except for the people who are goofing around they think they are being funny and "cool" but the other class mates might think they are being annoying and immature.
3.What Neuf sees?
I think neuf sees a group of kids who are acting stupid and just being the regular "teen" and doing their own thing instead of getting involved with the whole class and enjoying them selves and helping set up for the class instead.

What I Want
1) Please describe your workout. What activities did you choose? What order did you do them in? How much weight? How many reps/sets?
My workout was based on losing weight and getting more fit yet build some muscle and gain strength. The activities I chose for my workout was around 30 minutes of cardio where i got my heart rate up near 150 and higher for more than 5 minutes. After that in order I did the rowing machine for 5 minutes, leg press 3 sets with 30 reps each on 240 pounds, after I did calf raises 50 reps each leg with 2 sets, after the calf raises I skipped for 2 minutes and did 4 sets. then i did bicep curls with 25 pounds 3 sets with 18 reps, and then later I went to do dumbelll press with light weight and high reps and later on i did tricep extensions and ended off with oblique crunches. I did lower weight with higher reps.
2) Why? This is the most important piece. I want to know what you are thinking when you decide what to do in you workout. What previous knowledge, or newly acquired information are you basing your choices on? Where else could you have researched some specifics or grabbed new ideas for your goal? Have you tried Youtube?
The reason I do high reps with lower weigtht is because many people at the gym have that it is better when losing weight and trying to get more fit and it makes sense too, to gain strenth and muscle people do high weight lower reps so lower weight and higher reps would burn fat yet gain some muscle and strength. I add in cardio whenever I workout because it gets my heart rate up and is also a good warm up and it helps burn more calories than just only workout and then later on i go do weigths after 30 - 40 minutes of running and jogging. i have tried youtube and many channels and i also saw ideas og high reps and low weight with cardio involved and it has also been working great for me but I am going to try to
get my cardio to 1 hour for better results. I started with cardio to warm up then did legs because most of my testosterone is in my legs and when i workout legs it basically gets testosterone into my upper body which helps with strength and stamina.
3) Now that it's done, evaluate your workout? Did it go well? Was is tough enough? Easy enough? Was it fun? Did it do what you thought it was going to do? What didn't go well? Would you change anything now? What would you remove, add, adjust?
I'm sutre my workout went great because i was sweating and pushing myself the whole time which made it pretty tough but i also know that i can push myself even harder and make my workout more tougher for better results. It definitely did what i wanted it to do, i was tired sweating alot and sometimes i was out of breath and after my sets i could feel the soreness in my muscles that i just worked out. If i wer to add anything i would add more cardio to help me get more fit and lose those extra pounds.

Report Card
Pe 11 has been a great experience and has been a lot of fun. I look forward to this class and I always show up prepared to participate in class with my pe strip (shoes, shorts, change of clothes). Along with my pe strip I come ready to participate in activities and always try my best to do better every time. My physical exertion level is fairly high because I am always pushing my self to beat my previous scores and excel overtime. Most of the time I show up with a positive attitude and I definitely contribute to the positive atmosphere of this class because I am always friendly to my peers and I am always ready to participate in what we are doing and I do not complain if I do not like something I just participate. I am always enthusiastic about some of the activities we do where we get to have fun and play around. I have been showing a positive leadership in this class and have been making good choices like controlling my anger when necessary and just carrying on with what we are doing and have made good choices that a positive role model would make
The goals I have set for myself are to get into better shape and improve my stamina and strength. The main area I want to improve in is my running, how fast I can run and how long I can run for at a set pace. I know that I am in not that great of shape right now but one thing I have learnt is that I am out of shape but I can push myself to get into better shape. One more thing I learnt is sometimes I give up to easily and I should try to not give up that easily sometimes. I think I deserve a mark around 90% because I am a great student and have a positive attitude and always come prepared. If my above grade is lower than I would like than I would step my game up and try to achieve the mark I think I deserve.

Fieldtrips
So far I have had such a fun time at all of the fieldtrips that my P.E class has been on. They have been a fun time and a great experience. Our first fieldtrip we went on was in North Van. we had to climb hike the use Grind trail which was tiring but a good time overall. The second fieldtrip was when we went o Birdies and Buckets to the driving range to practice form and see how far we can it the ball. The driving range was really fun and I hit the golf ball pretty far and in the end it was really fun. The last field trip we went to t was yesterday at the YMCA we walked there in seperae groups and had fun on the way. We went into the pool for 1 hour and a half and then sat in the hot tub for about 15 minutes. It was a fun time at the Y and after we went to McDonalds and Subway. I’m looking forward to MMA and I cant wait. I guarantee it will be a fun time because MMA is a very fun and interesting sport to watch and is even more fun when you actually get to do MMA. The importance of fieldtrips in P.E is that it takes students out of their comfort zones and gives us a chance to experience new things and learn more.

Report Cards
The past 6 weeks have been really good and I have had great time in this class. I have been trying my hardest and have had a positive attitude towards this class, everyday I show up in my gym strip ready to work hard and my attendance has been strong except for some lates. Everyday I participate and put in my best effort and push myself to do better and better and I also keep going until I cant go anymore but somedays I quit on myself. I respect others in the class and myslef.
Even though I try my best I still have my weakness's like not being able to jog or run for very long periods of time and being able to pace myself properly but my area's of strength are being able to to participate strongly and efficiently and try my best. My goals for this class are to get better at everything and most importantly improve my running and pace.

Baseball & 30 Min Run
Buddy guuuuuy wadaap Neuf. Baseball was pretty down today even though we got whooped by the shorties over all it was killz and yesterday the 30 min run was killer i did prettty good and got 5 laps in but ii know if i pushed i could have made 6 laps but the first 3 lap[s i kept a set pace and got 3 laps in non stop but next time we do it im gonna try to pace myself better and get 6 so i wont have to stop so much. Ight yo ima kik PCEEE !

Week Of Sept.24
This week was a fairly easy week because we mostly chilled out and did less fitness, but like every week I looked forward to this week because whatever we do it's always fun but can get tiring ! The ways I kept motivated this week just like every other week is that I have my mind set to losing weight and I focus and try my best whenever we do anything and push myself to the limit and when I accomplish something i feel proud of myself and next time I do that same thing I would try to do better every time. Sometimes there are those days where I goof around but most of the time I am trying my hardest.

Grouse Grind
I was very dissapointed in myself because i was not able to reach the top because i stayed back and helped my friend because he was not able to go further and would stop frequently and make me stop with him which wasted a lot of time but before that , him and Raman were ahead of me and i pushed myself to catch up with them which I did but then we started losing time cause me and Raman had to wait for our other friend. Soon we reached half but had to go back cause we didnt have enough time but we regret that because we waited for an hour at the bottom and in that time we could have gone all the way up.
Community Run
The community run was great and I got a pretty decent time of 23mins and 22seconds. The communtity run wasnt that bad but when u add in the weather and when it is that hot outside its pretty killer. I fell behind my friends at first but then I pushed myself and i caught upto them and we all finished together, pushing ourselves at the end of the run to gain some time.
Beep Test
The first beep test was kind of difficult but i pushed hard and accomplished to get upto 8.2 but i have gotten upto 9.6, the reason for ont reaching 9.2 this year was because I did not do the beep test for over 2 months
