Week Of Sept.24

This week was a fairly easy week because we mostly chilled out and did less fitness, but like every week I looked forward to this week because whatever we do it's always fun but can get tiring ! The ways I kept motivated this week just like every other week is that I have my mind set to losing weight and I focus and try my best whenever we do anything and push myself to the limit and when I accomplish something i feel proud of myself and next time I do that same thing I would try to do better every time. Sometimes there are those days where I goof around but most of the time I am trying my hardest.
