Final Report Card


This year has been a very interesting and fun experience. I enjoyed all the field trips and it was a very fun time. My video summarizes my progress throughout this semester and how i have improved in all aspects of this class for example,the beep test where reached upto 10.2 for the first time ever when I was only able to get 7.2 even though i would try my hardest. I think i'am more focused whenever i do anything at home or out of school like and homework. I am also getting better grades and have been goinng to the gym and since i have been reaching all my gym goals i have also been reaching my goals which i have set for school. I have great attendance in P.E and have always brought my gym strip witha mindset to work hard and make some gains with the exception of the very few days where i did not really feel like it but in the end ended up trying and working hard. I always walked in with a smile and participated in all activities and always was motivating myself to push even harder and also recieved a lot of support from my buddies. I believe i had great behaviour except for some times where my anger took the best of me but overall i was relaxed, calm, and ready. I have also reached many goals like doing better on the beep test, being able to bust out a couple of pushups rather than none and being able to bench and with the fitness i have included a better and healthier diet. I also think i had good leadership at times and helped set up and clean up when necessary. Overall this year has been a great semester where i have progressed and reached my goals and i think that i deserve 95 % in the class because all of my physical and mental growth and all the hard work i have put in to this class and i feel i am a better and more fit person.

  1. I love the video and your physical improvements. You are funny and energetic guy to be around but I think your greatest strength this year was the personal will to improve and the willingness to get uncomfortable to make it happen. I often noticed you quietly pushing harder than others during fitness even if they were ahead of you. I think 95 might be a little high as we were still working on how to avoid the macho act at the end of the year but I think you a definitely capable and already on your way. I hope your new choices continue between now and PE 10 so we see you push two plates before you graduate. :)
